3. Your item will be returned in the same condition. The condition in which the goods were given to you by us. Goods should not be washed, torn, used. What kind of goods will be returned and when?

2. If you receive goods other than those you ordered.

3. It is mandatory to send video or photos of opening the goods for exchanging the goods.

4. Only then will the officials respond to your return or exchange process. When you will reveal all the proofs then only the refund process will be completed..

What kind of goods will not be returned?

Refunds

1. We will let you know by email once your return has been received by the company and the officials have checked it. That we have received your return.

2. We will inform you by email only after the officer’s investigation whether your return has been accepted or suspended.

3. It takes 7 business days for us to inspect the item after we receive your return.

4. Usually ,it takes 7-21 business days to get fully refunded.

Exchange

1. We will only exchange defective or damaged items and different product.
