Warranty and Laibilty

1. Orakart will only replace or take back goods that have been delivered to you as damaged or replaced.

2. In order to return or exchange the goods, it is necessary to have a photo or video of the goods.

3.After checking by the official, you will be informed through email whether the exchange or return process is accepted or suspended.

4.You will get your refund for the returned or exchanged item within 7-21 business days. In case of refund, you will be refunded only for the item. Home delivery fee, facility amount will not be refunded.
